Letina's Odyssey

Letina's Odyssey follows Letina from Arclight royal family as she embarks upon an unorthodox adventure; not wanting to follow in their footsteps as religious followers who dedicated their lives solely to religion, she rebels by becoming a knight herself! As part of her first mission, her first objective was to stop bandits who began attacking nearby settlements with raids on them and local farms. Armed with soldiers she set out in search of them while exploring caves on Mount Noble but an unexpected collapse cut her off from all warriors in an instantaneous flashback momentarily separating all from her warrior companions. Soon the warrior discovered an entire village was underground with her. Together with its inhabitants she organized to climb back out. In this project there are two camera angles - for exploration it uses top view while turn-based battles use first person perspective.

Letina's Odyssey is a Japanese role-playing game where players explore cave systems alone while fighting opponents. However, Letina is assisted by townspeople that act as her allies; these noncombatants share items with her, sell and purchase loot from her, provide advice and valuable tips, issue quests as needed and also issue quests themselves! A solo girl knight clears floors from robbers, monsters and other creatures while uncovering treasures and secrets, clearing obstacles with explosives or pickaxes, upgrading gradually over time with some skills learned easily while others require specific equipment - the gameplay and plot are nonlinear! Your decisions and actions have far-reaching repercussions; for example, failing to assist certain NPCs on time could mean they disappear forever from history. Furthermore, reputation plays an integral part of gameplay: too many NPCs become upset with you and an elder will kick him out of settlement if too many angered with him/her are expressed against player.
