Fossilfuel 2 thrusts players into an Alaska research facility filled with prehistoric predators. Jack Allen is one of many unfortunate participants on an ill-fated expedition and must navigate his way through dangerous puzzles, tunnels and darkness using deadly weapons powered by Unreal Engine 5. Throughout their adventure they battle prehistoric predators like dinosaurs in astonishing detail powered by Unreal Engine 5.

Scuba gear becomes essential as players dive underwater sections, facing aquatic threats alongside land-based ones. A vast nonlinear object provides ample opportunity for exploring, going back, receiving updates and receiving upgrades; players not only hunt dinosaurs - this project investigates dark mysteries at its facility to reveal why there was an outbreak - along with captivating storytelling and fast paced action scenes which keep everyone on edge!

Fossilfuel 2 offers multiple endings and story-driven choices, creating a personalized playthrough each time through. In addition to campaign mode, Sandbox mode gives creative freedom by spawning and controlling NPCs while building structures or exploring facility capabilities.
