Clash 2

Clash 2 belongs to the TBS genre and features a medieval fantasy setting, where two factions engage in an ongoing bloody war; these being Pure Ones invaders vs Old Ones from magical lands living peaceful lives for decades and being threatened by Pure Ones forces who managed to capture many regions across continent. Starting 10 years after events from Part 1, one scenario serves as prologue while two others depict both sides of conflict with cutscenes and dialogue providing additional details of story progression.

Clash II features gameplay reminiscent of Heroes of Might and Magic and King's Bounty series, whereby your hero explores an open map to recruit fighters into lairs, find treasure, chat with NPCs, complete story and side quests, activate shrines for bonuses visits, capture mines etc. Moves are passed directly from player to opponent; once colliding, turn-based battles ensue between squads of any armies or neutral mobs; in these dueling confrontations the commander also participates and fights take place on large arenas where numerous units move throughout cells with something like an energy bar for stamina purposes. There is both open battleground action and castle sieges with victory rewarding experience and loot, plus managing settlements by launching caravans between them; cities provide additional options whereby buildings, soldiers can be hired as reinforcements, new abilities discovered by both commanders and troops can be improved upon, technologies developed or developed further based on your performance in battle.
