Lincoln Green

Lincoln Green is a 2.5D fighting game featuring three-dimensional, cartoony graphics with low polygon counts. As an independent project using medieval fantasy themes as its setting, blood, gore, or violence are completely absent, making the title suitable for gamers of most ages and providing players with eight characters to select. All these characters resemble toy men; among them can be found an archer, wizard, princess, knight, scientist nobleman guard and golem-like creatures. Heroes and heroines fight using swords rapiers (even sorcerer!). The protagonists can deliver various blows using cold weapons, kick, jump and use special abilities - for instance summoning a giant bomb - while using special abilities, like summoning it. The screen displays timers, number of rounds played, health bars, combo counters and an indicator which, once filled up with special attacks allows super attacks to be launched against an adversary. Battles last until two victories have been scored.

Lincoln Green offers four modes:

• Practice allows players to familiarise themselves with the controls and discover effective attacks;
• Versus lets users duel against one or multiple bots on one PC at the same time;
• Finally, Multi Player Mode gives a chance for multiplayer battles between friends.
• Online - you can battle friends or strangers over the Internet;
• Story is an entertaining mini-story mode designed for solo playthrough, following an adventure against greedy Sheriff and his minions who plan on seizing control of your kingdom!
