I Will Eat You is an exclusive multiplayer title. In order to play, players will need either friends or random people as there is a lobby with match search capability. Create private sessions by selecting a card, setting the maximum number of users (6, 9 or 12 people) and, if desired, assigning them passwords. The video game itself is a family humorous arcade game adapted from children's yard games such as hide and seek and catch up. Unreal Engine's third-person view and cartoonish, low-poly graphics create a captivating third-person view experience for this title, in which gamers must escape predators or help set them up to save others. There is one main mode where gamers try to escape predators - helping others or setting them up may both help or hinder the gameplay experience.

In I Will Eat You there are 6 heroes and heroines available: Oliver, Jack, Linda, Hoshi, Yuka and Ping. Each hero or heroine differs not only by name and appearance but also in terms of perks; not all characters may be available initially. To unlock these rewards, it takes farming in-game currency and experience points, while leveling up. Multiplayer in this case is asymmetrical: one player becomes the beast while all others attempt to flee or hide from this predatory animal so as to not get eaten by it. At this location lives a bear controlled by artificial intelligence. If you enter its den and disrupt his peace, he may come out and attack everyone present - to escape this enemy and live longer, use terrain and abilities against him!
