Beacon Pines

Beacon Pines is a story where the player becomes a reader who gets the opportunity to control what happens in a mysterious book. Some sentences are intentionally omitted and subsequent pages are blank. He must fill in the missing areas, and the words he inserts will directly determine the future fate of a group of friends who find themselves in a difficult situation.

The action takes place in the world of anthropomorphic animals. Out of boredom, the main character picked up an adventure book that he had never heard of before. The events take place in a small town called Bacon Pines. The fawn Luka and his friends, a black cat and a squirrel, begin to notice that the environment in the city is changing to something strange. It's as if he's being affected by some kind of anomaly, but no one around him is paying attention to it. To understand a series of mysterious events, they open their own dangerous investigation, which can cost them dearly. Going out at night so that their parents do not notice their absence, the teenagers begin to tie all the threads together, which lead them to traces of a secret laboratory.

There are a huge number of possible endings in Beacon Pines, so you have to make choices on almost every page of the book adventure. What to answer to the hooligans, whether to look into the scary rustling bushes and what to do between investigations is determined only by the reader of the interactive story. Sometimes decisions may seem small, but they will have a huge impact later.
