Deadly Flare

Deadly Flare is an open world survival simulator with a first person view. Compared to other sandboxes, this title stands out due to its cartoonish graphics using cel-shading technology. The indie project has a modern setting. The action takes place in a region similar to the American outback. In the story, a strange solar flare appeared in the sky, after which people began to turn into monsters. The game has a rich arsenal of weapons. There are spears, bows, knives, bats, machine guns, shotguns, sniper rifles, pistols, shotguns. There is a change in time of day. At night, you can wander around the area with a flashlight. You are allowed to move around the area not only on foot, but also by car.

The world in Deadly Flare consists of ruined towns, abandoned military bases, dense forests, and dark caves. The locations are populated by zombies, bandits, and wild animals. There are also predators among them. For example: wolves and bears. You can hunt animals. And the bodies of killed criminals are allowed to be looted. In an indie title, you can extract resources: chop down trees with an ax, break cobblestones with a pickaxe, and so on. They are needed to build a base. You can craft tools and weapons in it. Your camp must be protected from enemy attacks. You can place traps around the perimeter of the shelter for uninvited guests. There is blood and dismemberment in this project. In close combat you can cut off the heads of your adversaries.
