Support for control using a controller has been implemented, which gives clearer control over the main character - a toad detective who is investigating a wide variety of cases in his city. A short single-player campaign, divided into several stages with different locations, is completed in an hour of thoughtful gameplay. Graphically, the game "Frog Detective 2: The Case of the Invisible Wizard" is executed in a cartoonish-drawn style, with a minimalist design.

The story tells about the arrival of a famous sorcerer who decided to visit the protagonist’s settlement. The welcome party was ruined due to the actions of an unknown antagonist. The user will have to conduct a survey of local residents, for example, rhinoceros, zebra, elephant and other animals that have human character traits, explore the territory in order to obtain any clues for further searches for the villain. On the way to revealing the identity of the bandit there will be many difficulties that can be easily overcome with the help of attentiveness and perseverance.
