Events take place in a fictional world. The heroine's kingdom is under attack. All the beautiful defenders of the kingdom need to engage in battle with enemies. The girls fight with huge swords and small arms. Gradually, the number of enemies increases throughout the levels, thereby increasing the difficulty of the gameplay. Each monster has its own individual attacks. Powerful bosses introduced. Beautiful Mystic Survivors offers a choice of one of the young ladies. Each has unique weapons and abilities.

There are fast attacks and heavy ones. For each heroine, you can find special weapons and relics that provide both passive and active skills. Winning battles, the girls' strength gradually grows, opening up access to new abilities. Locations, like enemies and loot, are randomly generated. There can be up to a thousand monsters on the map at the same time. The visual side of the game is made in anime style, focusing on the outstanding external advantages of the girls and emphasizing their incredible sex appeal.
