No Plan B

No Plan B is a tactical strategy and special forces simulator with cartoon graphics and an isometric view, offering customizable scale and camera angle settings, bloodshed, two factions to join (special forces or criminals), both focused on saving hostages while neutralizing bandits; with criminals out to rob banks.

Campaign and Battle modes are available; in campaign you must select missions. Once one task has been completed, another no longer appears for selection; ammunition does not refill between operations. Battle allows single map play with an editor to customize and share custom stages created by players with other gamers.

This title employs an unusually effective combat system combining tactical battle simulation (TBS) and real time strategy (RTS). Users give orders to their units such as opening the door, throwing in a grenade into an enemy room, running inside it to locate targets and starting firing, until all their actions have taken effect without their interference - before pausing and repeating this cycle with computer opponents as opponents pass moves back over for execution by their squads; squad members can be customized by choosing weapon type and costume along with additional items including accessories which allow landing point selection during battle.
