Max and the Magic Marker

Max and the Magic Marker is an adventure story featuring Max. His plot begins when he uses his new marker to sketch an imaginary creature - only for it suddenly come alive, run off, and start wrecking havoc on Max's drawings! In response, Juno travels inside her pictures while Max follows behind to protect their creations while occasionally encountering antagonistic forces that disrupt him. There are three worlds with five levels each comprising 3 worlds in total which gradually open with stage unlocking gradually; players unlock secrets, earn rewards, and access challenges! It makes this family project suitable for gamers of all ages alike!

Max and the Magic Marker is an exciting blend of 2D side-scrolling platforming gameplay and arcade puzzle solving, in which users simultaneously control both characters (the boy and marker). Players may move left/right/jump/cling onto ledges/climb as well as collect various objects like paint. A felt-tip pen allows for unlimited creativity when used correctly, including drawing objects of various kinds with its help and using its physics to solve riddles without needing artistic talent for it. You could, for example, draw an imaginary box that falls onto a button so as to press it and remove an obstacle, or draw lines over waterways as makeshift bridges; with more ink being applied heavier the object drawn will become. You could even switch on time-stop mode when drawing.
