As they progress through SuperPower 2, players will form alliances between states, implement economic sanctions or declare military conflicts on rival states to increase their influence in the world. We must establish our own independent country which gradually grows and gains weight within political circles - select one of 193 real states available as playable options!

As part of your initial explorations, it will be necessary to consult special data taken from sources like CIA World Fact Book, United Nations databases and US military documents. Players will engage in real combat situations which are simulated using artificial intelligence for every faction; you may even establish embargoes, peaceful annexations and make other necessary changes within desired industries - this game offers single player scenarios as part of its campaign mode, sandbox playback mode as well as multiplayer play for up to 32 users!
