Deep Abyss

Deep Abyss is an adventure walking simulator from a third person perspective that takes place across two worlds: underwater and outer space. Set in sci-fi setting, its action unfolds within both realms at once - underwater and outer space -and features vague plot and unclear lore to allow gamers to interpret events they witnessed according to their individual interpretation. According to developers, artistic ambiguity was purposely created so each gamer can feel uncertainly while encountering signs and symbols which they can interpret differently as users travel for about 2 hours while passing. Also note: game levels can be launched separately via main menu to reduce restart.

Deep Abyss, an independent project developed and published by Infinity Ward, begins by having players take control of a sphere-shaped creature using either gamepad, keyboard and mouse control, before finding a human in spacesuit in capsule. After finding him, players take on control over this protagonist as well. Gameplay involves exploring locations while looking for bubbles to replenish oxygen tanks while collecting collectibles or engaging interactive environmental features, some of which trigger cutscense or open new paths; when activated these objects trigger cut scenes or open new paths while running out of air may result in death; however there are places marked on maps which serve both roles; at once providing vital waypoints as well!
