update details
Rocksmith 2014 Edition - Remastered is an integrated rhythm game, simulation and educational software package. This version boasts an improved menu as well as providing users with statistics. Furthermore, its developers have introduced extended practice opportunities as well as customizable learning curves.
Rocksmith 2014 Edition - Remastered is similar to Guitar Hero in that you use real electric or bass guitars instead of stylized controllers for practice sessions. Users connect their instrument directly to PC using cable connections and begin practicing right away - choose solo, rhythm or bass lines; there are tips and tasks assigned per track as well as mini games designed specifically to aid learning of notes chords or composition parts such as popular compositions using different genres such as first person shooter.
Playback of this application entails: the user selects his/her song of choice, begins to play it and attempts to perform. A running track appears on-screen containing segments and lines showing number codes with which string or fret should be pressed before beginning playback. Everything about the experience can be tailored specifically to each musician. When someone fares well or becomes lost and confused, the game responds by either increasing difficulty or decreasing number of notes; additionally it will pinpoint errors directly. At a virtual concert, spectators crowd the stage; when skill level increases exponentially so does audience size and happiness. At its conclusion, percentages for execution and skill level calculation are calculated. Music includes rock and metal of various subgenres from classics from yesteryear through newer alternative trends.
