Detective Agency: Murder at the Manor is an exciting Chinese casual adventure game where players control Henry. Henry is assigned to investigate a case involving an elderly man found murdered at Golden Rose Estate in Snowy Mountains; all witnesses present had plausible alibi's that prevented anyone being charged as murderers; this makes finding your victims much harder, with multiple potential culprits having plausible alibi's for their involvement and the presence of multiple possible killers present that were present that night; not only must you uncover who committed the murders but you must reconstruct what occurred; all this while maintaining its light tone despite having criminal content - no blood flows freely among cartoon-caricature characters!

Detective Agency: Murder on the Manor features multiple phases. You're given access to a global map for location selection; as time progresses there will be additional points of interest such as rooms of a manor that need investigation. Within them you must search for evidence by exploring all chests of drawers and closets as well as questioning any witnesses you come across. Each room can be explored using isometry; when interacting with objects the camera reverts back to first-person view. Here, the text conversations tend to be lengthy. This video game encourages careful reading as there may be clues hidden among characters' lines that you must read carefully for. Furthermore, here there is also a mini-game which requires linking together all information received into a coherent chain.
