A House of Many Doors

A House of Many Doors is an indie horror role-playing game with a dark atmosphere and a completely open world.

The plot tells the story of a young man who... of his own free will he falls into the world of surreal reality, as if there is no way out of it. The hero wants to quickly be free and live by his own rules again, because the place where he finds himself forces him to change his way of life and follow conditions that cross all boundaries.

The gameplay is distinguished by an atmospheric plot. The game constantly puts pressure on the player with its specific corridors, from which there seems to be no way out. They constantly want to plunge us into endless impenetrable darkness.

All the corridors are full of various bloodthirsty monsters that instill fear and horror; they can suddenly jump out and hide in various places and even behind the smallest objects. The size of the monsters from the various home worlds is simply terrifying. All transitions between houses are generated completely randomly and do not allow you to return to the same location again.

All the houses through which you have to move are created in the style of huge ships; they move on special mechanical stilts, allow comfortable accommodation not only for the ship’s crew, but also for entire cities. Each of these places is inhabited by different races and factions with their own cultures, and they are not at all friendly towards an uninvited guest.

Each location has countless doors and a variety of puzzles that reveal their deep history of origin. A lot of voiced dialogues help you delve deeper into the overall storyline and allow you to reveal all the secrets of the premises.

Inside the houses there are many underground worlds, they contain the largest number of terrible creatures. Meeting them does not bode well for a gamer. The player will have many opportunities to realize himself in one profession or another. He will often need to make choices that will determine further progress in the plot.
