Adapt isn't your typical survival simulator. Here, representatives of different species come under control, who will have to adapt, adjust and survive in constantly changing conditions. This applies to literally everything: finding food, creating a shelter, saving from dangerous creatures and other factors. The gameplay begins with character creation, where you can customize everything down to the smallest detail - from the length of the tail to the size of the paws and eyes. After this, the system throws the creature into the open world, where it will have to find itself.

On the first day of being at a location in Adapt, gamers will regularly receive hints regarding exactly how to interact with the environment. For example, to make a home, you need to drag resources to the selected location, and then arrange them properly. As for nutrition and maintaining energy levels, you can hunt other creatures for this, or try to find edible fruits. The thing is that the dimensions of a unit do not always allow it to be in an advantageous position. If his opponent has the ability to inject poison, then he only needs to make one bite in any part of the body, and the gamer will have to worry about preserving the life of his creature. Some predators are active only at night, so you should take care in advance to build a fence or strengthen the shelter. Most of them attack indiscriminately, so you need to be constantly on alert.
