Pile Up! Box by Box offers an ideal cooperative mode that's suitable for everyone in the family to play together. Presented as a 3D platformer game, players take control of various characters as they slide down slopes, jump over gaps, carry loads, slide backwards over slopes, slide across gaps, jump off platforms, slide along corridors or haul loads between checkpoints to successfully deliver their packages quickly to checkpoints. Users will need to coordinate actions among themselves for faster completion of tasks and successful delivery to checkpoint checkpoint.

Process involves several cardboard worlds that include many levels, which gradually become harder and harder for gamers to pass as new mechanics or blocking elements are introduced into each level. Gamers complete both solo and team quests while uncovering secrets and conspiracies without receiving hints for solving puzzles; friendly residents also inhabit these territories alongside main characters who help each other through them all.
