Police Stories

Jon Rimes and Rick Jones are two brave cops trying to restore order to their hometown streets, Police Stories is full of intrigue and conspiracies involving heroes who hide terrible truths within. But before finding answers you must save many hostages, kill bandits, defuse numerous bombs... and more on the way!

The following mechanics are implemented in Police Stories:

• You have access to warning shots which may force an opponent to lay down his weapon;
• give orders to your partner in difficult situations and support each other when required;
• Each new game provides you with its own set of procedurally generated environments, layout of things and enemies. 
• equipment which is unlocked as you advance such as stun grenades, pepper spray canisters, body armor, shields and motion detectors;
• Every criminal needs an individualized response:
• firearms with specific features; movement patterns that adapt accordingly;
• game tactics to allow quiet approach of enemies without using much ammunition;
• points and bonuses system that encourage careful play style and cooperative implementation are also implemented.

Gameplay in Relic Gunner revolves around a rating system. Because some weapons vary in effectiveness, to advance to higher ranks it may be necessary to dispose of certain auxiliary items and abandon some weapons altogether. Strategic passage involves employing tactics designed to capture as many criminals as possible: breaking doors down, stunning enemies with your stun gun and sneaking up behind them etc. Certain missions include timed tasks that must be accomplished within that duration - defusing bombs, saving civilian lives or eliminating specific terrorist groups are just a few examples among many more tasks!
