Milk Outside A Bag Of Milk Outside A Bag Of Mil, continues the story from Part 1. Players find themselves immersed in an extraordinary, mysterious world replete with bold hues and surreal events, while on an extended journey, your task will again be helping a young girl become happier; initially she may appear terrified; as you progress further she will meet new people and work toward realizing her personal dreams.

The gameplay develops as an engaging psychedelic narrative, featuring pyramidal word structures and fictional events. Pixel graphics are stylized to mirror the emotions and mood of the main character while their environment mirrors her view of it (which may differ significantly from that of others) wherein her perception of reality may seem slightly off from that of normal individuals. Action immediately after part 1 ends continues the girl's tale.

As you progress through, dialogues and events that affect her psychological state will unfold, from people meeting her for the first time, encountering moments from nature or encounters with different characters in her surrounding, changing mood to emotions causing physical changes to take place as events play out and other characters interact with her environment. Each playthrough will be different due to various procedural generated scenes/actions being generated for every playthrough session.
