Samorost 2

Samorost 2's white-robed gnome will find himself embroiled in numerous adventures once more, experiencing all sorts of difficulties while living on an airborne piece of driftwood. After becoming trapped beneath an asteroid and its attendant debris field, aliens appear and steal his harvest ruthlessly; during their escape they also took away his beloved pet dog with them; now our hero must search for her!

Virtual Universe is set in an extraordinary atmosphere infused with futuristic elements, where its inhabitants include creatures of various sizes and types to aid the protagonist throughout his quest. There are no dialogues; progress through numerous levels is accompanied by mysterious music only. Here, puzzle solving may prove very challenging with some being very logical puzzles with active objects to interact with; typically these require activating objects sequentially while in other instances playing special trumpet can revive characters or solve another problem altogether.

Gamers will have access to hints in the game menu; to do this, simply open up a special book which schematically demonstrates sequence of actions. However, occasionally extra caution must be exercised as desired objects might be small and/or easily integrated with surroundings; through linear levels in Samorost 2 users will complete tasks and find their hero's dog!
