Mainframe Defenders

Mainframe Defenders is a turn-based tactical strategy game inspired by classic titles of yesteryear. Expect exciting fights, plenty of text information and tons of loot that could significantly change the course of battle! Items found can help expand unit characteristics or completely change how a battle unfolds.

Events take place within Stargazer underground complex. A virus has infected most robots and you must use four prototype robots to defend Mainframe against infected machines, destroy virus infection and download valuable data to keep Mainframe online and safe. You must fight your enemies effectively through tactics and cunning: cause mechanisms to overheat; use auxiliary items; create deadly combinations etc.

Graphically, Mainframe Defenders draws its inspiration from strategy games from the 80s. Playing it like a card game but using unique items instead of cards allows players to collect powerful builds capable of defeating any foe that gets in your way - each unit in your squad possesses distinct traits to aid you as you plan tactics and devise deadly chains of attacks against enemy units. Levels are procedurally generated while campaign missions offer you new units, upgrades and items each step along your journey.
