Death Below begins when an unanticipated detour takes a police squad on their way to investigate a crime scene through a cemetery, only for them to encounter an unusual-looking man fleeing out of a crypt while bleeding profusely and running from it in fear. Their partners find an entrance leading into an underground passage beneath the building which gives access to another level; after investigating further they come upon Rachel responding to what seemed to be just another mundane call for domestic violence but soon discover an unfolding horror without rational explanation - eventually both storylines merge together, providing players with an engaging tale about illegal experiments gone bad and monsters created from these experiments as both storylines eventually intertwine with one another creating a compelling tale about horrific scientific experiments gone bad, leaving players immersed within this gripping tale!
