Love on Leave transports you to the tranquil countryside, giving you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The main character, Akito Kiyama, escapes his grueling corporate job and uses his accumulated vacation time to return to his rural roots. Here he unexpectedly finds himself drawn into the lives of three charming sisters - the Amakusa brothers.

Amane, the middle sister and local nurse, is the same age as Akito and enjoys sports, often running in the nearby mountains. The youngest, Hibiki, a local college student and aspiring streamer, looks up to Akito as a brother. Kanami, the eldest, combines running the family café with motherly duties to her younger sisters. For 14 days, gamers and their sisters experience a romantic adventure. Choices matter, and decisions can lead to different endings. The game is filled with special events that provide unforgettable moments that deepen the relationship between Akito and the Amakusa sisters.
