Kathy Rain: Director's Cut

Kathy Rain: Director's Cut is an expanded version of the original project, in the center of which Kathy Rain finds herself on a deadly and interesting adventure. The gameplay has undergone many changes, and innovations have also appeared. The story has been expanded, many locations and new puzzles with previously non-existent mechanics and objects for interaction have been added.

The event takes place in the 1990s. The game is a rethinking of a standard project released back in 2016. The user follows a strong-willed specialist named Katie. She is well known in journalism circles, but has long suffered from many questions about her own troubled past. One day she decides to go on a solo mission to solve the mysterious death of her recently deceased grandfather. Taking her motorcycle, a pack of cigarettes and a notepad, she finds herself at the center of a local mystery that has surrounded her town.

When she goes to investigate, she will think more than once that she is dreaming. Advancement occurs with the help of clues left by a deceased relative. But the notes give rise to even more questions for the heroine. In the walkthrough, the gamer will have to find out what Joseph was trying to find in the late nights several years ago. Because of this, an ordinary person turned into a soulless grandfather confined to a wheelchair. There are many other questions, including secondary ones, that are not necessary to achieve the ending.
