WarPlan simulates extensive battles during World War II. The developers took a responsible approach to creating playability and realism, which allows you to create battles down to the smallest detail. A flexible engine and collected database will allow you to use weapons, equipment, types of warriors, battalions and equipment of that time. On vast maps you will need to manage and command units.

The gameplay features a huge scale. The player will be taken to maps of 70 countries around the world, and will fight on a 50-kilometer hex map with the ability to scale the land. This will help monitor infantry, naval groups and aircraft. All battles take place on land, and operating points will allow you to take advantage of several moves and attack tactics to break through to the front line, attack from the air or sea.

The game area is divided into numerous hexagons with 15 types of territory. Each of them has certain abilities, including airfield capacity, defensive bonuses, resource types, non-motorized movement, and more. Weather conditions, be it a storm, rain or strong wind, will affect the process, the movement of soldiers, their visibility and other small elements. The fog of war opens if the wards reach a certain area. As the game progresses, the user will achieve technological progress and discover new combat vehicles and tactical capabilities.
