update details
The plot of UnReal World takes place in the early period of the Iron Age in the northern regions of Europe, and more precisely in the territory of modern Finland. The game is a life simulator, and therefore does not have a main plot - the player gets complete freedom of action and determines the fate and career of the character under his care.
The game's mechanics focus on survival aspects. The game was designed to realistically recreate life in the Iron Age. When creating a character, you can choose from nine completely different cultures, which are crucial to the character's potential and understanding of the world. The game does not limit the actions of the hero in any way. Become a fisherman; a hermit who avoids other people; adventurer; a formidable hunter; a merchant or combine aspects of the professions.
The creators focused on realism, both in gameplay and historical realities. While traveling through randomly generated areas, survival is the top priority. During the game you should hunt game, set traps, chase down prey, collect animal skins, trade in villages, create your own items and build temporary shelters and permanent houses. This is based on a rich development system covering hundreds of skills. But the battles are fought in turns and offer an impressive number of tactical options.
There are no hit points provided, and instead the game simulates wounds and injuries, from bruises to broken bones, and these injuries affect the character's behavior. In addition, the authors took care of the realism of the virtual world, and the mechanisms that control procedural generation fill the created areas with realistic characters and a variety of animals and plants.
