Neophyte

Neophyte is a chaotic hack-n-slash roguelike that requires you to collect various spells to generate powerful synergies to kill monsters. You will need to play as a powerful wizard, capable of destroying entire crowds of enemies. The action is presented from a top-down perspective, allowing you to cover the entire field to build your own unique battle tactics. Many elements of the adventure are randomized.

The plot tells the story of a magician whose task is to prove his superiority and become a true master magician. New spells are gradually unlocked, expanding the list of capabilities of the main character. Abilities in Neophyte can be added to a special panel to quickly switch between spells. Customization will need to be done between intense fights. Based on the selected skills, a unique character build is developed.

You can fight in close combat or attack enemies from afar. There are attacks across the entire map or powerful blows close to the enemy. Levels are generated randomly. Improvements and enemy locations are randomly placed. Various emblems that enhance abilities are scattered throughout the levels. In total, about 22 spells, 70 emblems and 12 improvements for them are available in the game. You will need to fight on 3 maps. For each there are 5 modifiers with tests. It will take about half an hour of real time to complete each map.
