The immersion in Splatter is done in a bloody and dynamic mood, where there is constant surreal delirium happening around. The user finds himself trapped in consciousness, where everything resembles a strange and eerily atmospheric dream. The main character will have to fight his way through crowds of advancing opponents in order to reach his destination. The game is a shooter where gunplay and violence come to the fore, revealing the main gameplay mechanics in the process.

Moving through the world of Splatter, you have to get out of difficult situations by deceiving your opponents. The main task for the player is to monitor the hero’s condition so that he does not go crazy. With each victory over an enemy, the opponent will learn and remember the gamer's actions. With each subsequent level it will become more difficult to pass through locations so as not to die. You have to move around and carefully assess the situation happening in the area. The protagonist will explore the available space to find out the motives of the insidious criminals influencing the events taking place.

The main character will have to actively interact with environmental objects in order to complete tasks and receive new information about the world. You have to engage in battles with enemies, picking up weapons and combining various equipment. The protagonist will be able to master special styles and skills that will help him deal more effectively with opponents.
