Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster invites you to play the role of Kyle Katarn, a former Imperial mercenary turned Rebel agent. Katarn is sent on a mission to expose the Empire's secret project "Dark Troopers" - a new breed of stormtroopers designed to strengthen the Empire's power in the galaxy. Gamers navigate 14 classic Star Wars locations, using their dexterity to solve puzzles and destroy enemies. A helpful digital assistant provides important information: maps, inventory, and mission objectives. Players engage in intense first-person combat using ten weapons against over twenty enemy types.

In addition to the traditional selection of various blasters, gamers use fist fights, explosive devices and thermal detonators to overcome obstacles and enemies.
