Resident Evil Village

Resident Evil Village continues the adventures of Ethan from Resident Evil 7. A Roman numeral hidden in its title on posters indicates this is not just another spin-off project but the eighth part in its main line; Winters was able to flee the cannibal mansion with Mia safely tucked under his arm before making their escape together and living an ordinary life together in America; however a few years later Ethan is drawn back into wilderness again - this time through snowy terrain thanks to Chris Redfield himself, one of RE's legendary protagonists! Chris Redfield himself assisted Ethan in entering Chris Redfield's magical village by making connections.

After experimenting with remakes, the creators restored first-person view in Resident Evil Village. Before, locations served only as backdrops, though well made ones, for stories involving confronting monsters of Umbrella corporation; now however they become characters themselves! In Resident Evil 8 you will face not only monsters but also normal people like The Duke whom can provide information and even sell items - so much more so than before!

Melee weapons now break when being used, with one exception made for the main character's knife. Classic firearms included pistol and shotgun. Much emphasis was put on exploring locations, finding useful things or keys, solving puzzles and inventory management, while opponents here may use weapons or armor against you.
