Catch a Lover

Catch a Lover is an indie action game based on real-life scenarios involving an angry husband returning home early, whereupon he notices his wife having an affair. Players can join together as groups of two to four using additional gamepads when using one computer, or via Internet play. When three and four player are present they can assume secondary characters including wives or dogs as additional player characters that actively take part in showdowns against rivals.

Features of each playable character:

• An angry husband who feels betrayed can become abusive towards their lover and use fists or throw small objects; his goal should be to catch and take part in fighting his rival suitor.
• A wife must protect her boyfriend from being assaulted, helping him gather up his clothes that have scattered all throughout their home. Additionally, it becomes necessary for her to avoid her own husband due to his aggressive and harsh treatment of their relationship.
• The dog stays close to its master and barks at his lover to indicate her location. While not trained to open doors, it does possess scent-sniffing capabilities which enable it to track an enemy.
• The lover must quickly gather clothes and flee her home quickly in order to set traps for her husband and set out of control plans that result in his demise by falling from heights.

House is quite large with numerous rooms and passageways that create interesting gameplay for participants in the action. Each piece of furniture provides interactivity as well as its own physical model for implementation of various diabolic plans.
