Return is a hybrid of action and adventure. This 2D indie project features pixel graphics in the spirit of minimalism. She uses a small number of colors. The camera is located on the side. The hero is able to move and roll in two directions, brandish melee weapons, and attack opponents from afar with firearms. As he progresses, he opens a new arsenal and upgrades it with skill points. Some equipment can be purchased from merchants. There are swords, halberds, shotguns, machine guns, pistols, assault rifles and so on. The indie game offers you to participate in battles with regular opponents and boss battles.

The title of the video game can be translated from English into Russian as Return. In the story, the hero goes in search of a new life. After 200 years, he interrupts his space journey against his will and returns to his planet. When the astronaut finds himself there, he realizes that some kind of cataclysm has happened in his home world. As a result, he has to survive in post-apocalyptic locations populated by hostile mutants. The astronaut wanders through the ruins of civilization, collects various loot, meets allies and gradually learns the backstory. Destroying adversaries is sometimes rewarded with treasures, Relic Age currency, grimoires and parts for a starship. You can also receive rewards for completing special tasks here.
