Finger Soccer
update details
Finger Soccer is an arcade and casual soccer video game for fun that doesn't attempt to emulate real sports simulation. Though viewed from above, the graphics in the top view video game feature fully 3D imagery of players on both teams; even fans in the stands appear as 3D objects before matches begin! Players are represented schematically as stylized circles resembling washers or caps and controlled with catapult-esque mechanisms similar to catapults and slingshots. To move and hit a ball with an athlete, select it, pull back while setting its direction and force of strike, release left mouse button and release left mouse button again. At that point he lunges forward shooting projectile. Gameplay consists of both turn-based and real-time elements: users take turns taking shots against real or computer opponents; the timer counts down real time with only one unit moving per turn allowed on each turn.
Finger Football offers five modes, such as Single Player, Crazy Mode, Tournament, Penalty Kicks and the ability to play together on one computer. In addition, three leagues exist with different match lengths and prize pools - though only the second player needs no gamepad for participation! With over 12 unlicensed clubs from different nations ranging in flag colors as well as Aim Power Time measures to differentiate each club amongst itself; some national teams initially close but eventually open subject to specific conditions allowing you to select formations (for instance 1-2-2 scheme).
