Magic Carpet

Magic Carpet was an innovative fantasy adventure game of its time, set in an exotic Middle East-themed fantasy world filled with myths and legends. The protagonist is an adept wizard capable of casting various attack spells using his magical flying carpet, taking him through an immense open universe filled with the supernatural world that exists therein.

Magic Carpet's world is filled with sorcerers whose talents rival those of its protagonist. To stand above his colleagues and excel, the main character must protect his fortress from enemy attack by upgrading defensive fortifications or hiring troops such as archers or regular infantrymen to defend it - with each death, returning back home!

At his base of operations, the user can replenish supplies, organize his equipment, and prepare to continue adventuring. While riding on his carpet he can use devastating combat spells - for instance hurling fireballs or lightning at opponents while freezing enemies allows easy targeting even from great distance.
