Vostok 2061

Vostok 2061 is a vertical scrolling shooter featuring both 2D and 3D graphics that mix them seamlessly, featuring three starships available that can be changed almost at will and three enemies such as turrets, flying vehicles, mines, asteroids, bosses and minefields as foes in premade stages containing enemies such as minefields or asteroids to destroy as well as points awarded upon the destruction of them; points are awarded when defeated; these serve as currency which you can spend upgrading your spaceship; plus already visited locations can return with new secrets found when returning - no grinding here!

Vostok 2061 is the mother base, which requires its hero to protect it and all of the galaxy from potential new threats. A text briefing describes this game. People had made technological breakthroughs over time that helped open space up for exploration. One day, colonists began disappearing in the ZPDN-A sector of Washington D.C. without trace; search robots couldn't even detect them; members from expeditions that went missing returned posing as zombies to attack former allies and former allies alike. The player takes on the role of an aviation school graduate just out on their adventures, traversing nine challenging levels with increasing difficulty to meet your mission: eliminating leaders. Weapons include rockets, an impeller launcher, laser cannon, plasma thrower and Perun's Exhale as well as protective energy fields which you can turn on or off as necessary for each level.
