update details
Grayscale Memories is a 2.5D side-scrolling platformer. The environment in this game is entirely three dimensional (with low poly graphics), yet the heroine remains two dimensional; levels have depth. She may move left or right as well as forward/backward through different areas. She can jump, as well, using very basic controls: keyboard arrows act as locus of movement and jumping; four buttons are needed - pressing up triggers either jumping action or deeper movement depending upon where she stands in relation to where the button was initially pressed; this action depends on positioning of character when press up is released - therefore making indie projects short enough that players can complete story mode within an hour, though completion times could extend slightly by setting goals to overcome bonus levels with challenges or set a time goal to do bonus levels with challenges! Regardless, projects tend to be short enough that even novice players could complete story mode within that hour! Indie projects usually complete within hours or less!
Memories in Shades of Gray is an interactive narrative game where players must overcome obstacles, avoid traps and explore locations while also encountering minigames along the way. The main gameplay will frequently be interrupted with mini-games to add variety. One requires taking part in a chase, another demands rolling objects across a field and yet another demands finding your way out of an intricate maze - while all three tell the tale of adventures of an unfamiliar spirit girl searching for her place within this strange new world. This ghost is often joined by an invisible interlocutor; they exchange frequent dialogue. Dialogues take place purely via text - you don't select replicas in them! Indie titles typically feature stages with progress automatically saved upon moving onto the next one.
