Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief

Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief is an immersive simulation game featuring exceptional stealth skills and oriental martial arts techniques that allows gamers to become thieves with remarkable stealth abilities and oriental martial arts knowledge. Set during medieval Japan during times of feudal war and fragmentation, most action takes place within its powerful principality Edo and especially within Mikado as its capital; Ebizo himself fleeing due to pogroms orchestrated by authorities is Ebizo's main protagonist character whose home life he must now navigate his way around this violent world in his quest.

Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief follows Ebizo as he becomes involved with an innocent girl whom he eventually accepts as his daughter and raises peacefully until one day she becomes severely ill and needs expensive medicine that Ebizo cannot obtain without breaking law - his only recourse being dishonest means of making money in capital cities to provide it to his daughter.

Gamer can explore an open virtual world resembling an ancient Japanese metropolis and complete story missions and robberies while remaining unseen using stealth mechanics and raising alarm. Although undefended against enemies due to melee abilities, thieves don't leave themselves completely defenseless: through melee ability use they are easily capable of dealing with multiple foes; but full-scale battle should be avoided due to additional guards around.
