Starting off in an orphanage where they spent all of their childhood, the game begins when our protagonist leaves to become an independent trainer of Nexomons he found wandering about on his own. By catching and training your first Nexomon, a proud title will soon follow: trainer! A total of nine species exist for you to select as you enter battles against other trainers - evolving as time progresses - each in special arenas where trainers must choose an animal to fight opponents' monsters; plus travel through many biomes from deserts to snowy tundras on your journey into glory!
