Citystate 2

Citystate II will give players an opportunity to build cities as rulers of new nations in virtual space. Space and freedom of action allow you to realize an ideal society within virtual reality; its gameplay combines elements from both city-planning simulators as well as political missions; progress requires materials and money for development while the economic system's focus lies more with macro management than micro management.

Features in Citystate II:

• Outlining: Build cities to form your nation;
• design infrastructure and road networks that enable fast movement between places for workers and residents - such as railways, metro systems or normal roadways;
• As part of an effort to maximize resident happiness, installing police stations, expanding public buildings and fire stations - which will decrease crime rate while aiding difficult cases.  
• setting tax rates per sector will bring benefits into the city treasury from business zones earning interest through tax payments.

User's are given 60 policies from which they can select. These determine political and economic issues; printing money at the central bank helps avoid bankruptcy but increases inflation rates; to expand your nation, conquer new lands containing hostile or neutral parties who could either join with or fight with you against your nation;
