Ghostory

Ghostory is an adventure platformer packed with puzzles, humor, and puns. Assuming the role of an imprisoned traveler trapped inside their ghostly form - you may switch physical bodies at any point during play - your goal should be to find an end-game cure while making your escape through magical dungeons.

Retro aesthetic is used in the visual aspect. Gameplay centers around jumping platforms and solving puzzles. As a person, you interact with levers, collect quest items that go into a backpack; when changing into ghost shell mode however, simply remove your backpack so the ghost shell can walk through walls or fly freely! Alternating physical states allows users to solve each level's puzzles efficiently.

Ghostory provides thoughtful levels that present real challenges to both logic and attentiveness, each level offering new mechanics and complex puzzles to keep the adventure engaging as far as it goes into its cave system. As you progress further through Ghostory's levels, so does its difficulty; deeper you go in!

The story opens at an unknown lake where our main character consumes some water from it and soon discovers they are under an evil curse that makes him change into an incorporeal shell. One witch advises them in order to end this situation they need to find and consume an antidote found within nearby dungeons: mushroom.
