At Lying Souls you'll experience true horror without all of its typical trappings: monsters, jump scares or other such unnecessary distractions. Instead, your environment will make you tense up even further as its very atmosphere pulls at your nerves; its very environment forces you into tighter seats as its main character - controlled by you - struggles to comprehend his situation, yet has to find answers in order to survive!

Lying Souls requires exploring various environments - dark forest landscapes with thickets of foliage are particularly dim - or finding yourself in what seems an abandoned home, yet there was clearly someone living here at one time - you will come upon clues; though finding them won't necessarily be straightforward.

of his adventure, gamers will discover clues throughout. These could take different forms - for instance sound recordings and audio files may provide important pieces. Or notes, torn pages from diaries might all come together later to complete your storyline and reveal its conclusion. All actions as well as character choices made can have an effectful effect on plot development and ending!
