Wayward Strand

Wayward Strand is an engaging interactive story presented through beautiful art. A vast number of storylines intertwine within an air hospital - the sole place where action occurs in this project set against an alternative view of Earth during Australia in the 70s - as each story happens real time so the player must remain constantly on-move not to miss anything important! Additionally, Wayward Strand supports both controller controls and RPG adventure mechanics so players may select a method most convenient to them to control gameplay.

Casey Beaumaris is the protagonist of this single-player campaign and arrives aboard her ship for three days for her inaugural voyage, during which time she must become acquainted with its inhabitants, their issues, and help solve them while impacting each character presented by independent developers from Ghost Pattern studio. By exploring various parts of the ship she learns more about its culture as well as following individuals to uncover secrets or discover any unusual happenings - writing these incidents down in her notebook which provides further hints and advice regarding possible actions that need taking.
