Poly Universe gives players an exciting chance to be the leader of migrants who have just arrived on an alien world, deciding their progress, building up civilization or succumbing to alien races that come out from space and invade it. Your planet might only be small but has ample resources which alien races want for themselves; thus providing plenty of challenges as you traverse empty spaces exploring planets for resources they could appropriate diplomatically - while also managing neutral territories quickly while recapturable populations must be captured back or appropriated diplomatically through various diplomatic routes; there's only so many huge cities constructed on each planet so as to maintain harmony among industrial and urban buildings while keeping every resident content!

Dangerous events often arise shortly after game start-up and may range from extreme climate conditions and alien attacks, riots, comet falls or stars exploding, diseases to expanding civilization through trade routes between worlds so citizens are able to send items and interact with one another more freely and exchange resources more easily; civilians serve as primary resource as they possess knowledge to access resources more readily while technology undergoes upgrades, making material acquisition, travel between planets quicker, building faster more easily as well as monitoring population numbers on planets essential as no one likes seeing too many inhabitants living under one roof!
