Sophstar transports users on thrilling space adventures where they take control of junior lieutenant Soph, from Galanian. She boasts powerful teleportation abilities and performs crucial reconnaissance duties; users will immerse themselves in an epic scrolling shooter game featuring top-down views where they must move along vertical maps while taking down opponents while piloting an intergalactic fighter.

Softstar features classic 1990s graphics with timeless gameplay for its genre, where players control an airplane as it avoids attacks from enemy ships while destroying them in return for power-ups and shields from big bosses. Six main modes, eight stages (arcade and story), 60 missions in "cadet school", as well as 9 ships with unique skills, weapons and teleportation are included to complete your mission to Softstar!

Users will face off against more than 20 bosses/mid-bosses using weapons and bonuses they collect during each mission, with smooth controls using "Focus Movement", along with iconic 240x320 resolution and legendary score attack mode! Plus there's plenty more like Score Attack Timed Ultimate Challenge Endless Mode support via DPads/analog controllers offering 8 position movement!
