Neon Sundown

Neon Sundown blends an accessible roguelike with top-down shooter elements. The project recalls early arcade titles with neon retro aesthetic, its fights set to synthwave music. Users use keyboard and mouse controls to pilot a ship fighting enemy equipment on two dimensional planes using keyboard or mouse control of ship with keyboard control over movement & shooting in any direction on two-dimensional plane; there are multiple arena options; as you progress more power modules unlock for starship; this game's main objective is for as long a battle as possible before timer runs out & the difficulty curve gradually rises gradually over time 

Neon Sunset follows in the tradition of Crimsonland by featuring enemies that rush towards you from all sides; some attacking in close combat while others shoot from distance; when an enemy dies you receive experience points for killing it and are automatically attracted back into space fighter. Once enough experience has been collected to increase levels, players gain the option of selecting three perks randomly from an assortment of skills; these may include faster leveling moves, increasing projectile count/bullet spread/defense increase as well as summoning giant spinning scythe/increasing damage dealt etc.
