Warlord: Britannia

Warlord: Britannia takes you back to the time when the Roman Empire began to actively conquer the territory of the British Isles. The soldiers of the famous Caesar played a key role in these events. As part of the strategy, there will be no great dictator - the gamer controls an ordinary legionnaire, from whose personality he performs all actions - from building a temporary camp to leading people into battle against barbarians defending their lands from occupation.

Warlord: Britannia is a perfect blend of RTS and first-person action. The user will not indirectly be able to take part in the life of the battalion. Initially, the player is required to create an outpost for the fighters. And for this it is necessary to erect tents, install water tanks, food storage, and finally place a palisade to protect against a surprise attack. Before each battle, the patrician is personally able to choose equipment for each fighter from several options - from a lightly armed infantryman to a heavily armed one.

In direct confrontation with enemy forces, the protagonist can shoot with a bow, change darts, and cut down the enemy with a short sword, while simultaneously defending himself with a shield. In addition, at this time he also has all the functionality for issuing commands and orders - how to build an entire army or one unit, what weapon to attack and where to move. In addition to battles, the hero also leads the legion during transitions from region to region and resolves logistical issues.
