She must make her way alone through an island ravaged by disease - you must seek supplies, procure weapons and defend against attacks from various enemies while unraveling its mystery hidden deep within mysterious laboratories located there. Finally, players will explore three-dimensional locations from first person perspective, where you interact with interactive environments in first-person view.

Gamers in Vorax must overcome many difficulties while searching for food, water, weapons and ammunition as well as useful items such as weapons. Furthermore, they will face intimidating enemies that come in the form of creepy monsters and zombies who threaten their survival.
