Infindustry can be classified as urban planning simulators and economic strategies. This sandbox has 3D low poly graphics. In the game you can move the camera, change its angle and scale the image. The user first needs to establish a village and then industrialize it. In this indie project, buildings are not built gradually, but appear immediately in annual form, when the user chooses a construction site. In addition to buildings, trees and other objects, the map displays local residents and transport. The gamer does not control them directly, but gives instructions through the houses. For example, if you select two shipyards and the type of cargo, the ship will begin to sail between ports and transport the specified goods.

In the video game, you need to assign various tasks to workers, extract resources, create production chains, study new technologies, and so on. You can improve houses, lay roads, build conveyor belts, and optimize processes. At the same time, you need to monitor the level of happiness of virtual people. The events shown in Infindustry take place in a fictional world where, in addition to people, monsters also live. You need to prepare your settlement for defense and protect yourself from regular attacks by enemies. Battles with enemies take place in the style of Tower Defense. The player places defensive towers, and they begin to attack the approaching adversaries. If you wish, you can turn off your opponents so you can play at a calm pace and focus only on development.
