Boom Blaster

Boom Blaster is a 2D side-scrolling shooter with platforming elements, made in the style of classic projects in this genre. Developed by a small indie team, the game features casual controls but incredibly hardcore gameplay, increasing the chance of multiple deaths and reboots during your first playthrough of each stage. For certain successes, such as destroying bosses, the gamer is rewarded with a reward from the list of achievements. These marks will be needed for 100% completion of all content prepared by the creators.

The plot of the campaign, designed to be played in single-player mode, tells the story of three characters who received life sentences for terrible sins. They are in a place where freedom is restricted - in a super-fortified prison located in outer space. Now, the only chance for prisoners to get home to their native lands is to pass the most difficult test from the great Confederation so that their mistakes in the past are forgotten.

The player has 3 characters to choose from, with different strengths and weaknesses, for example, one of the heroes has an increased supply of health points, but a lower rate of fire. In order to receive forgiveness and freedom, the user needs to go through many locations with crowds of monsters without allies nearby. It is necessary to destroy enemies using the following guns: a machine gun, a laser gun, a flamethrower, a rocket launcher, and also by exploding them with grenades.
